Proposed Extension of Duration of the Kerry County Development Plan 2015-2021 (As Varied)

Pursuant to the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2021 and Section 11D of the Planning and Development Act 2000, as amended, Kerry County Council intends to extend the duration of the existing Kerry County Development Plan 2015-2021 (as varied) up to the 28th November 2022, in order to provide a further period of time to complete the Kerry County Development Plan 2015-2021 review and to prepare and make a new Kerry County Development Plan.

Kerry County Council hereby invite any interested parties to make submissions or observations with respect to the proposed extension of the duration of the existing Kerry County Development Plan 2015—2021 (as varied).

Submissions/observations may be made during the period from Wednesday 26^th January 2022 to 5pm on Wednesday 23^rd February 2022 inclusive.
